I attended an all day self defense camp yesterday. It was great. We went through various self defense stations on ways to use "empty hands" to get out of a situation, ways to defend against knives and guns, and rape situations. It is nice to have techniques that work in case of a dangerous situation. It was very windy that day and I did get sunburned. But it was well worth it!
